Sunday, Sept 5, 2010 - Saturday, Sept 11, 2010

Port of Call: Key West, Fl; Grand Cayman; Ocho Rios

Cabin Price: Cabin prices are guaranteed on the day it is booked. Rates are based on cabin availability. Published prices are subject to change, if we need to add more cabins to our block. Please book early to guarantee the current listed rates.

Cabin Selection: Carnival requires a minimum of $50 deposit per person for double cabins.  Carnival requires a minimum of $250 per person to hold a Triple or Quad cabin.  Triple and Quad cabins are limited and based on availability.

Payment Schedule:  $50 per person to hold your cabin. Monthly payments are due on the 20th of each month. We will send all registered guest an invoice on the 15th of each month.  You may pay your deposit using our paypal account.

Prepaid Gratuities: Gratuities are $60 per person. It is recommended to prepay the gratuities prior to sailing.

Pre Cruise Hotel (Miami South Beach): We will have hotel rooms available for anyone who would like to visit South Beach Miami before the scheduled cruise or for anyone who can not attend the 6 day Reunion event aboard Carnival. 

The block of rooms will be at a 3 star hotel in South Beach. The rooms will be available from Thursday, Sept 2 - Sunday, Sept 5, 2010. 

Car Rentals: We have discounted rates for Avis, Budget, and Thrity. GetAway Vacations must book your car rental to receive the discounted rates.

Parking: Parking is not included in the package price. Parking at the port is $15/ day. Hotel parking in Miami ranges  $25- 40/ night.

Flight Information: Discount codes for American Airlines and AirTran will be available after October 1, 2009. We will send the discount codes via email with booking instructions. Flights through American Airlines will be 5% off the published rates.

Ft. Lauderdale Airport Transfer: $30 per person RT to and from the port. Flight to FLL must arrive at the airport before 2pm on Sept 5, 2010. Flight leaving FLL on Sept 11, 2010 must be scheduled for take off after 12:00pm.

Miami Airport Transfer: $60 per person RT to and from the port. Flight to MIA must arrive at the airport before 2 pm on Sept 5, 2010. Flight leaving FLL on Sept 11, 2010 must be scheduled for take off after 1 pm.

Trip Insurance: Trip insurance is highly recommended. Trip insurance is per person. Interior Cabin is $69. Ocean View is $79.  Balcony is $99.

Credit Card Authorization Form: Each attendee is required to fax a signed credit Card Authorization form to 888-886-5089.  Download this copy of the Credit Card Authorization form 

Cancellations:

Before April 16, 2010 - $50 charge/ person (Balance will be refunded) with or without Insurance

If you do not purchase the travel insurance and have a medical reason, the following charges will be applied:

On or after April 16, 2010 - $150.00 charge/person (Balance will be refunded)

On or after May 16, 2010 - 75% of cruise ticket price will be charged per person (Balance will be refunded)

On or after June 16, 2010 - Full Penalty, 100% of cruise ticket price will be charged per person (No Refund)

Travel Insurance Includes: Trip Cancellations (for medical reasons only), Trip Interruption, Trip Delay, Medical Expenses, Emergency Evacuation, Baggage Protection, 24-Hour Worldwide Emergency Assistance

Private Parties and Events Only: If you would like to participate in our activities, but did not register through us, a $200 non refundable fee will be required prior to April 16, 2010 to be placed on our activities RSVP list. This fee does not include South Beach activites.
